Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 48hrs of receipt along with proof of purchase. We will gladly replace goods that are defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept EXCHANGES/RETURNS. If your merchandise is lost, DELAYED or is received damaged please contact USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
